Confirmation, modification, total or partial cancellation of appointment

The reservation will be clearly confirmed under the following conditions:

⋅ When all the information about you is communicated to us.
⋅ When a final confirmation from us will be sent to you by email.
⋅ When the deposit of 50 € (down payment / booking guarantee) has been received.

 

In case of a modification of your appointment (number of guests, change of the initial chosen formula, addition of options, etc.), even last minute, it is crucially important to notify us.
Depending on the case, it may be a question of a reassessment of the rate of service.
We also rely on your kindness to inform us in case of a delay and if, in an exceptional case, your appointment will be cancelled completely.

In order to firmly confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50 € will be required.

In case of a total or partial cancellation of 10 to 19 people, the deposit of 50 € will be kept in all cases.
However, we rely on your kindness to inform us if in an exceptional case your appointment will be cancelled completely.
We also rely on your kindness to inform us in case of a delay.
