Confirmation, modification, total or partial cancellation of appointments

The reservation will be clearly confirmed under the following conditions:

– When all the information about you is communicated to us.
– When a final confirmation from us will be sent to you by email.
– When the deposit of 100 € (down payment/booking guarantee) has been received.

It can be paid by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. excluding American Express), bank transfers, or possibly check.

In case of a modification of your appointment (number of guests, change of the initial chosen formula, addition of options, etc.), even last minute, it is crucially important to notify us.
Depending on the case, it may be a question of a reassessment of the rate of service.

In case of a total or partial cancellation of 20 to 30 people, the deposit of 100 € will be kept in all cases.
However, we rely on your kindness to inform us if in an exceptional case your appointment will be cancelled completely.

We also rely on your kindness to inform us in case of a delay.
